Payment Options
1. Pre-Authorized Debit
Amount due automatically withdrawn on the 25th of each month.

2. Online banking
Uses your 8 digit account number with most banking institutions.
3. Telebanking
If offered by your bank or financial institution, you can perform a range of financial transactions over the telephone without the need to visit a bank branch or automated teller machine.
4. In Person
Drop by our office at 210-26th Street. We accept cheques or bank drafts, cash and debit.
5. Mail
You’re welcome to mail in a cheque or bank draft to PO Box 7230, Edson, Alberta T7E 1V5.
6. Credit Cards
We accept credit card payments, they are processed through a company called OptionPay, to use this service there is a small fee charged to you by OptionPay, and that fee is based on your payment amount.

7. Account In Arrears Policy
The Yellowhead Gas Co-op will terminate natural gas service for non-payment of any account, based on the following:
- Non Payment-Gas Account
- After an account becomes in arrears (30 & 60 days) in arrears, a note is printed directly on the bill requesting payment by the 25th of the following month. After an account is over 70 days in arrears (3 months of gas consumption), an arrears notice will be mailed/emailed requesting payment by the 25th of the current month. After an account is over 85 days in arrears, a hand delivered notice requesting payment in full within three business days is delivered to the premise.
