Annual Audit
Our team will be in your area between November and April performing our annual system audit. This audit is part of our commitment to safety, reliability, and making sure your natural gas service is operating as it should.
What you can do to help:
- Keep your meter clear of snow and ice so our workers can access it safely.
- Ensure easy access to your property for our staff during this time.
- Update us with any new information, including:
- Access restrictions (locked gates, dogs, etc.)
- Phone number or contact updates
- Changes to your BTU load
- Any other important details we should know.

Paperless Billing
Due to ongoing postal disruptions and rising costs, Yellowhead Gas Co-op will be transitioning to paperless billing.
We encourage all customers to sign up for e-billing to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your bills.
Please note that beginning in 2026, a service charge may apply to customers who choose to continue receiving paper bills.
