Service Completion Notification
In place of one of our service men visiting the site to verify the air test, a certified gas fitter can fill out the form and submit to us. The Gas meter will not be installed until a successful air test has been completed.
Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire
If you granted permission to Yellowhead Gas Co-op Ltd. to install an additional natural gas pipeline through or across your property in the previous construction year, we ask that you fill out the attached form.
In our effort to improve our current construction practices and meet our current objectives, the Board of Directors requires 100% response to the Questionnaire. Please complete it at your earliest convenience and return by email, fax, phone, or email.
