Renters/Owners of Mobile Homes on Rented Property (Mobile Home Parks)
Moving Out:
- Contact our office by phone (780)723-4214 & provide moving out date, forwarding address.
- Rental deposit will be returned after last bill has been issued. Amount owing on account will be deducted from the deposit.
Moving in:
Please contact our office with the following information:
- Moving in date,
- Legal description and/or physical address,
- Name of individual(s) or company to be put on the account,
- Contact information (mailing address, phone numbers, email address),
You may have your bills mailed or emailed. - Information below as applicable:
Residential
- Deposit: $300 plus an annually established one time Transfer fee, Deposit will be returned within a month after the last billing date. Deposits are held until you either move or purchase the property.
- Natural Gas Service Rental Agreement and member/renter information consent.
Commercial
- Deposit: $500 plus an annually established one time Transfer fee, Deposit will be returned within month after last billing date. Deposits are held until you either move or purchase the property.

Owners
Moving Out:

Moving In:
Please contact our office with the following information:
- Possession date,
- Legal description and/or physical address,
- Name(s) as will be on the title,
- Contact information (mailing address, phone numbers, email address),
- Copy of the current certificate of title (this may not be completed until well after the posession date),
- Annually established one time Replacement Contract fee. **Fee is payable when title has been submitted and contracts have been done.
Owners of Rental Properties/Mobile Home Parks
- Landlords are ultimately responsible for any outstanding balances on accounts held on their property,
- A current customer contract with the Co-op must be in place,
- When a new renter becomes a customer of the Yellowhead Gas Co-op, they are required to sign a Natural Gas Service Rental Agreement/Member/Renter Information consent as well as to provide the co-op with a deposit of $300 (residential) or minimum $500 (Commercial). This deposit is held until the renter moves out or purchases the property. The owner will be notified of overdue accounts. The Member/Renter Information Consent gives the Owner access to renters’ account(s) information.
